It's November!

I haven't really written any updates for our actual life lately, so here goes.
This month should be called Novem-brrrrrrrrr!  We caved and turned the heat on.  Finally...  I don't know why that's such a big deal for me.  I feel really guilty about it every year.
I'm also working on a Thankful Post, so look forward to that on Thanksgiving day!  I still haven't found a job yet.  Hoping that something will work out soon!
Cameron is working on getting some certifications for work.  They are super hard, but he loves it.  Work has been so much better with his new boss!  But in other news, our insurance plan will now cost a ton more than last year.  Yay.  Have I mentioned how much I HATE insurance companies?
We love living in the new duplex,!  It just has this nice feeling to it.  It's hard to explain...  We are just so much happier here than in the other place.  You will have to come and visit to see what I mean :)

Bathroom Update

Our bathroom is FINALLY fixed!  Our house no longer sounds like Niagara falls all the time.  We can also flush the toilet without lifting the tank every time.  The bathtub also has fancy-schmancy new faucets.  Unfortunately, our hot water isn't working YET, but I'm hoping it's just taking forever to heat up.
Our apartment manager was here for about six hours!  He is super nice, and is managing 40 apartments(!) right now.  I will let you know if the water finally heats up.

Update 6/3:  Still no hot water.  The landlord should be coming to fix it soon.
